Advice
Make sure that you are always working hard in your normal role. Even if you think people don't notice they do, and when you are given an opportunity to prove yourself don't turn it down.

What I liked
The company focus on the care of its employees. There were competitions, games, and commissions bonuses. The coaches took care of their team and made sure everyone was doing well.
What I wish was different
It was a call center so it was rough. I wish I could have stayed on a little longer but my schedule didn’t allow for that.
Advice
Look for a company that focuses care of the employee. These companies have longer employee retention due to their employees enjoying their time working.
