What I liked

nThrive gave the interns full responsibility and let us take the lead in regard to where we wanted our internships to go. They treated us like new hires and let us take the reins on our individual projects.

What I wish was different

I wish we could have worked on many projects. In my eleven weeks, I worked on one project with one team; thus, I did not receive diverse experiences. Also, I wish my team had been in Atlanta (my entire team, except for my manager, was in Plano, TX).

Advice

Take advantage of the mentorship program. Reach out to your buddy and manager and when they say they are willing to help, ask them questions and use them as a resource! Approach each day with a positive attitude and be willing to do anything... no task is too big or small!
