SDL truly cares about their employees, even though I am just a student they treat me just like any other employee.
They are very flexible with schedules in order to accommodate classes.
What I wish was different
I wish they would pay their students better, students are only allowed raises once a year.
Advice
Work hard and you will get noticed. I started in one position and quickly got recruited to work elsewhere within the company.

Working your hardest every day you go into work will always be worth it no matter what the tasks are that you are doing. Work hard and learn. The benefits are endless.

Great working atmosphere and environment. Supportive coworkers and decent management.
What I wish was different
Better starting pay (they do guaranteed annual raises though), and more training opportunities.
Advice
I would definitely recommend applying for a job at SDL. I made a lot of friends and learned a ton while I was there.
